Muscle Tension

Muscle tension is due to increased intramuscular pressure during a muscle contraction, resulting in insufficient blood circulation in the muscle. The lack of blood circulation causes pain and joint restriction. Lack of use and repetitive movements can exacerbate the symptoms and intramuscular health. The healthy cell in the body has a normal charge around it that allows chemicals and waste products to pass in and out of it. Unhealthy cells lose the proper charge, causing an electrical resistance of the healthy exchange in and out of the cell. The electro-acuscope sends a microcurrent to the unhealthy cells that will restore the cells’ charge and allow healthy exchange of chemicals and waste products. The muscles’ blood circulation is restored, pain is decreased, and joint movement improves.
